Marjorie is a speaker, consultant, non- executive director and coach who is passionate about personal development. She is a Past President of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), headquartered in the UK. She was elected by the IFOA Council to become the first president to be based outside the UK. She is also the youngest president in the organisation’s almost two centuries, the third female and the first person of colour.

The majority of Marjorie’s early career was spent as a consultant in various guises, in the insurance and education sectors. Marjorie continues to undertake a portfolio of work as a freelance consultant.

Marjorie’s philosophy is premised on the belief that each person has a bespoke life purpose to fulfil. Her role as a coach is to facilitate the journey towards purposeful living, by exploring how a client’s personal values and strengths can be leveraged to realise this goal.
